Mint condition taken from my own 2018MY V90 at 4000 miles.
MAY be possible to retro fit(to non heated car) if you have access to correct Volvo software but this is NOT guaranteed and will be up the the buyer to check so NO returns on that basis.
I upgraded to paddle change which was not standard on my car…..as I know a Volvo expert who did it for me…
