Returns: Please e mail or call us first to discuss if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
All items are checked before removal and security marked on dispatch
Carriage: Items are sent via First class post or courier for large and heavy items
Some items, such as engines, axles, seat sets may be sent on pallets
Please ask for postal quote if you live in the Highlands, Islands or BFPO
or in central London if the item has to be dispatched on a pallet
Panels: All panels will be well packed, but we cannot accept any liability if they are damaged
in transit please check before the item is signed for. By purchasing a panel you
are agreeing to these terms. Bonnet and some other items are collection only
Collections: In person collections are welcome, 9-5pm Mon – Fri. Other times are available
please feel free to ask if you cannot make these times
3rd party collection: Again no problem, but if the item is a panel or anything on a pallet
a packing charge will apply
Overseas: We generally do not sell abroad, but it may be possible depending on the item
