EOLYS is located in a special tank, attached to the tank fuel. When refueling, the EOLYS supplement is dosed
automatically, in proportion to the amount of fuel. EOLYS and ON are mixed up in the tank.
During regeneration of the particle filter, the EOLYS additive causes combustion molecules already at 450 C. Increases are avoided in this way temperatures up to 600 C, which would be necessary without the use of an additive.
