Any notice received later than 5 days after delivery will be rejected.To return, for any reason, the product purchased and terminate the contract of purchase, the Client is strictly required to get in touch with our Customer Service and arrange the return shipment.
It is of utmost importance that the Client follow the Customer Service indications to avoid any extra costs. Any shipment and customs charge we will incur to receive the Clients return will be deducted from the total amount the Client will be refunded of.
Should the Client return the product due to a Provider’s mistake, the return service will be provided at no charge.

The Client has the right to notify the Provider of any problems he may face with the delivery (such as shipment delivered to the incorrect address, delay in delivery, …), by sending an email to our customer service.
If the product delivered is not the product named on the Purchase Order, the Client shall notify it within 5 days upon delivery, in order to receive the right product. In this case, the Provider shall replace the product with the right one, provided that the wrong product is returned to the Provider without it being damaged. All the products shall be returned to the Provider along with their original package.
