The protective plate mounts beneath the engine which protects the engine, sump and gearbox from impact when driving on poor roads, such as pot-holed or bumpy roads. These protective plates has been used by the Swedish police, without any reported problems. The plate does not create any noise and it is verified that the engine is correctly cooled. Consists of a fully covering aluminum plate which also offers protection from loose stones and stone chips.
The plate is made from 4mm heavy duty Aluminium and weighs around 4.5kgs
Item is new and never fitted to a vehicle. Item does not come with mounting hardware but uses five existing mount points. The item does not come with the oem packaging.
