However, if the item is correct part but faulty, we can offer you either a replacement or return for refund. If the item stopped working after 30 days of being fitted, we can only offer a replacement after discussing further details with the customer.All Faulty items should be returned to us to be checked by our technical team. If in case the item was checked and found out as not faulty item ( customer may purchase the wrong item and claim it as faulty), we will issue you the refund but charges incurred for return of goods will not be refunded.It is the customers responsibility to ensure that you order the right part. In order to avoid this, you can contact us to may enquiry if it is the right item for you.
