Certificate of Posting / Insurance : I always obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for everything I post. If you require a ‘signed for’ or ‘insured’ sending you must request this before you pay me so that I can tell you how much extra it will cost. All items sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force (some sort of subsidiary of Royal Mail).
Collection :I live in Brighton (northern edge, close to where A23 and A27 meet), East Sussex. I am quite happy for you to collect your purchase from me in Brighton . I work in the centre of Redhill, Surrey and you can also collect from me there during day, Monday to Friday (obviously I do sometimes have a day off, so if you can only do one particular date then check with me).
