All our parts are covered with a 14 day guarantee unless otherwise stated, the guarantee covers the part only and not any labour charges involved.
All our parts are marked or stamped, any parts with these markings removed or tampered with will not be covered within the guarantee.
Please make sure all parts are inspected before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit.
If the courier refuses simply write “DAMAGED” and do NOT sign.
Once an item has been signed for we cannot process any claim with the courier company.
If on inspection the item is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost and we will look to supply you with the correct part.
If we cannot supply you with a replacement within 48 hours we will issue a
refund with a 20% handling fee.
You must contact us within 24 hours first before returning and this must be done within 7 days of receiving the part.

PLEASE NOTE: ENGINES refer to a BARE ENGINE ONLY I.E. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE INJECTORS, GEARBOX, TURBO, MANIFOLDS, FLYWHEEL OR ANY ANCILLARIES.
the term “engine” refers to the cylinder head/block and the components that make these up (i.e pistons, camshafts etc)
and does not include ancillaries. Any ancillaries left on the engine like water pumps, power steering pumps and cambelts are given free of charge
and not covered with the guarantee. The engines are all drained of oil so we recomend a new oil/air/fuel filters and cambelt kit before fitting.
For engine/gearbox warranty purposes the engine/gearbox must be fitted by a qualified VAT registered mechanic.
For any warranty reasons evidence of the afore mentioned must be provided alongwith invoices and job sheets.
