If You have the folding hardtop you have a secure coupe for most of the year and the wind in your hair on the odd occasion that the sun decides to put in an appearance? The only disadvantage is that the roof can develop annoying creaks and leaks if the rubber seals aren’t kept supple with a suitable conditioner/lubricant?So if you’d like to keep the seals on your pride and joys roof in tip top condition without breaking the bank? You’ve come to the right place.Your main dealer will be happy to sell you a 20ml-30ml bottle of a product that does a similar job to mine. However they will also be charging the same price for it as I am for 50ml. Obviously they will want a lot more money if you have them apply the product for you. Feel free to give them a call and ask for yourself before considering a purchase. I’ve been selling this seal treatment for several years. In that time I’ve had many people tell me it works better & lasts longer than the products that their main dealers sell. So, a better product that lasts longer and costs a fraction of the price. You can’t go wrong. It’s very easy to apply and as stated it will come with a set of comprehensive application instructions via email. The reason I send them via email is that not only does it cut down on the amount of paper I use and is therefore better for the enviroment. It also means that the buyer can clean & prepare their seals ready for when the seal treatment arrives.One 50ml bottle should be enough for 2-4 applications on the roof seals only or 1-2 applications to all the roof, window & door seals. If you apply it to the door seals as well. It will prevent the doors sticking on a frosty winter day. One application per year should keep you free from leaks and creaks for 12 months motoring in the UK. Having said that I’d be very surprised if you had to apply it more than twice per year even if the vehicle is used somewhere that is so hot the roof is down more than it’s up?If your roof already leaks this product will help to revive the seals if they are just dry? However if they are cracked or split you may find you’ve left it too late and it’s time for some very expensive new seals! If that is the case then my seal treatment won’t work for you. There again neither will the crazy priced products that your main dealer sells either.Please take a look at the photograph to see the huge difference it makes to the softness and overall appearence of the door seals on my Wifes Ford Focus CC. Ownership of this great car and the shocking prices that Ford charge to lube the seals is what prompted me to find out which conditioning lubes work best.
